Orders up to 20kg will be shipped next day for $8.50 flat rate, Melbourne metro, phone orders only.

We ship Australia wide. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for deliveries, 5-7 days to WA.
Parts and accessories are not insured unless requested and are sent receipted delivery so your item is trackable.

Small orders under 10kg will shipped via Aus Post's eParcel service.

Bikes and wheelsets are shipped through our courier to your door.

All Parts and Accessories Orders over $500.00 are sent free via Couriers Please to your door.

If you live interstate and you want to purchase one of our custom built bicycles we can pack it securely in a bike box and ship it to your door at a very reasonable rate.

The bike will be partially stripped down with the handlebars pedals and front wheel removed so it can be fitted into a bicycle box. Parts are wrapped in bubble wrap to the parts from damage while in transit.

It is highly recommend that you have your local bike shop rebuild your bike unless you have previous bike building/maintenance experience as this will insure that the bike is re-assembled correctly. It should only take qualified bike mechanic about 15 minutes to complete the task.
